Geez, another food blog. I bet that’s the top 1 topic in the WWW. Anyway, I can’t deny my food obsession. It began at an early age, in my South American hometown, and continued growing and evolving in me. The good news is that at some point my perspective changed and I embraced a healthier way of feeding and “tuning” my body.
You are in front of a very honest story about a journey that keeps me moving, despite constant edible distractions, towards one goal: to be healthy for life.
